A PROPOSAL FOR GRiBBiTS · NOVEMBER 2026

GRiBBiTS
migration

Base to Robinhood Chain, using Chainlink CCIP.

Holders can burn their Base NFT and receive a replacement in the new Robinhood collection. Migration opens alongside part two. Artwork metadata is preserved; token IDs change.

Select your NFTs

Connect your wallet on Base and choose which GRiBBiTS to migrate.

Users pay a small fee to cover CCIP when migrating. Only the first two steps need holder action.

Contract responsibilities

CCIP sends the migration data; our contracts burn and mint the NFTs. Each message identifies the original token, recipient and metadata URI. The backend tracks delivery but cannot authorize mints.

02 — TOKEN IDS & METADATA

New token IDs.
Same artwork metadata.

Migrated NFTs keep their existing names. New artwork starts at GRiBBiT #4690.

We manually prepare the metadata for new mints so the artwork names start at GRiBBiT #4690. Both new mints and migrations receive the next available token ID from the Robinhood contract.
